Refund and Returns Policy

At Mijoosh, we aim to deliver premium quality kidswear and ensure every customer has a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully.


Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged products received
• Wrong product delivered

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.


Size Issues

If you receive the correct product but face size issues, we offer exchange only, subject to stock availability.

Refunds are not applicable for size-related returns.


Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos of the product showing the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and confirm eligibility.

Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

• If the issue is due to product damage, defect or wrong item, return shipping will be covered by Mijoosh.
• For size exchanges or customer-initiated returns, return shipping must be borne by the customer.


Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only for damaged, defective or wrong products after verification.

Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI.


Replacement Policy

Approved exchanges and replacements will be shipped after receiving the returned product, subject to stock availability.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Product is used, washed or damaged after delivery
• Original tags or packaging are missing
• Return request is made after 7 days of delivery
