Shipping Information
At Mijoosh.com, we aim to deliver the products you purchase in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Orders totaling ₹899 or more qualify for free doorstep delivery. For orders below ₹899, a nominal shipping charge of ₹60 will be applied.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. This confirmation will include a unique tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your order at any time.
Cash on Delivery (COD) and Delivery Options
Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on our courier partner’s ability to accept cash payments at your location during delivery. To check if COD is available for your area, please use the courier serviceability tool located on the payment page. Simply enter your area PIN code to view delivery options and COD availability.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times for your order will be displayed on the order summary page. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will promptly inform you via email and SMS. Please note that we do not compensate for delivery delays.
Return Policy
Our return policy is designed to be hassle-free, allowing you to return most items within 10 days of delivery. Certain items, such as Lingerie’s, Briefs, Panties, Lingerie sets, Socks, and other innerwear, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please refer to the product details page for specific information regarding returns.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item due to size-related concerns, you can do so within 10 days of delivery for Mijoosh.com owned products. Each order is eligible for one exchange, subject to stock availability. The item for exchange must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

- Upload images to support your return request, if necessary.
- Provide your pickup address, preferred pickup time, and bank details (for COD orders) when initiating the return request.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned product undergoes a quality inspection at our warehouse. Refunds do not cover shipping fees, COD service charges, or any other non-refundable fees. For prepaid orders, refunds are immediately processed to the wallet or within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed instantly to the wallet or via NEFT within 3-5 working days.
