Order Tracking

We’ll send you a tracking number so you can check your delivery status anytime.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.
If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you via email and SMS.
We don’t offer compensation for delays beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability
COD is available for selected PIN codes.
Use our serviceability tool on the payment page to check if COD is available in your area.
Returns & Refunds
We offer easy returns within 10 days of delivery, with some conditions:

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:
Lingerie, briefs, panties, socks, and similar innerwear.
Exchanges
Need a different size? You can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery, as long as:

One exchange is allowed per order.

How to Request a Return
Email us at care@mijoosh.com with your order number and reason for return.
If needed, upload images to support your claim.
Provide your pickup address and, for COD orders, your bank details.
We’ll approve the return and send you a return shipping label.
