  • If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you via email and SMS.

  • We don’t offer compensation for delays beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

  • COD is available for selected PIN codes.

  • Use our serviceability tool on the payment page to check if COD is available in your area.

Returns & Refunds

We offer easy returns within 10 days of delivery, with some conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Lingerie, briefs, panties, socks, and similar innerwear.

Exchanges

Need a different size? You can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The product is in its original condition with tags intact.

  • We have stock available.

  • One exchange is allowed per order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at care@mijoosh.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If needed, upload images to support your claim.

  3. Provide your pickup address and, for COD orders, your bank details.

  4. We’ll approve the return and send you a return shipping label.
